Perched above Airlie Beach with sweeping views across the Whitsundays, 14 Airlie Views is a contemporary coastal residence where a restrained palette allows the architecture, natural timber and surrounding landscape to take centre stage.

Coastal Brush completed the interior and exterior painting package, delivering clean, precise finishes throughout the home. Crisp whites create a refined backdrop internally and continue across the detailed exterior cladding and architectural elements, contrasted by black accents and the warmth of natural timber.

Careful preparation and considered coating systems were central to the project, particularly across the home’s detailed trims, expansive wall and ceiling surfaces and highly exposed exterior areas. The result is intentionally understated — a fresh, cohesive finish designed to complement the home rather than compete with it.
