Aaron – Partner / Senior Painter & Decorator
Aaron spent his younger years travelling and living throughout many areas of Australia before settling down in the Whitsundays in his teens. He now considers himself very much a local. When he isn’t holding a brush, Aaron can be found spending time with his 2 children and partner enjoying local islands, playing golf or having time with friends. Even with 14 years of painting under his belt, Aaron prides himself on constantly evolving and attaining up to date skills to ensure the very best product, finish, and service for his clients.
Madison – Partner / Customer Service Administration & Marketing
Coming to the Whitsundays as a 2 month old baby for a family holiday, falling in love with the area and not returning home is exactly how Madison and her family have ended up calling this slice of paradise home for many years. Having worn a number of career hats over the years, Madison has a background in property/real estate, online marketing, business and administration giving her an excellent toolbox to help in ensuring Coastal Brush runs smoothly. Madison is known for her eye for detail, and creativity, giving her a love for all things beautiful and unique. We asked Madison what her favourite thing about Coastal Brush was; “My favourite thing about this business is the team we get to work with. Challenging them at times, watching them have A-HA moments, and seeing them enjoy and take pride in their work”.
Celeste – Painter & Decorator
Celeste is a 20 year old local who grew up in the Whitsundays. Her love for painting and everything art comes from her Grandma who’s an artist and taught her everything she knows.
Celeste has won many awards for her paintings at the Proserpine show since she was 5 and continues to enter her work in. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and family and walking her dog on the beach.

Jayden – Painter & Decorator
I’m Jayden. I’m a 22-year-old Kiwi, born and raised in New Zealand, who made the move to Australia in pursuit of better work opportunities and new experiences.
Beyond work, I have an appreciation for history, and politics. I spend my time exploring sculpture painting, keeping up with the world of UFC and reading.
Anita – Painter
Originally arriving in Australia on a working holiday visa, Anita has called the Whitsundays home since 2012. Her early years in Australia saw her work across a range of industries while navigating visa requirements, before eventually gaining permanent residency and putting down roots in the region.
Anita’s introduction to painting came somewhat unexpectedly following Cyclone Debbie. Watching the insurance repairs being carried out on the home she was living in sparked her curiosity about the trade, and she reached out to a local painting company to learn more. They gave her an opportunity — and she quickly discovered she loved the work, particularly the satisfaction of seeing a project transform from preparation through to the finished result.
Since then, Anita’s career has included several years of painting as well as time working DIDO in the mining industry, driving dump trucks. Ultimately, life away from home wasn’t for her, and she returned to the trade she genuinely enjoys.
Outside of work, Anita is happiest at home in the garden, at the beach with her dog, or heading away camping with a fire going. Weekends are often spent cooking with friends, sharing recipes and enjoying good food — a fitting balance for someone who appreciates both the process and the finished result.
Lance – Apprentice Painter
Lance joined Coastal Brush in early 2026 and has since officially commenced his painting apprenticeship, beginning his journey towards becoming a qualified tradesperson.
Drawn to painting for its hands-on nature and the range of skills and opportunities the trade can offer, Lance enjoys work that combines practical ability with focus and creativity. He has approached his apprenticeship with a calm, considered attitude and is continuing to build his skills and confidence across the different aspects of the trade.
That creative side carries into life outside of work, too. Lance has a keen interest in photography and music and enjoys playing his guitars. His eye for detail and grounded nature make him a great fit within the Coastal Brush team as he continues to develop his craft.
