Venetian Plaster Finishes

Set across an oceanfront residence overlooking the Whitsundays, the Venetian plaster package at 29 The Beacons was designed to bring warmth, movement and subtle texture to the home’s refined architectural palette.

Coastal Brush applied Carrara and Ispegu Venetian plaster finishes across a series of feature areas, including curved architectural forms, feature walls, ceilings and detailed transitions. The finishes were selected to complement the home’s natural stone, soft neutral palette and expansive coastal outlook, introducing depth without overwhelming the architecture.

Particular attention was given to the home’s curves and changing light. From the softly finished archway to expansive ceiling details and illuminated curved forms, each surface was individually worked by hand, allowing the natural variation and movement of Venetian plaster to become part of the architecture itself.
